1. Shipping Costs & Methods
• 100% Free Shipping: We proudly offer FREE delivery on every single order across Pakistan. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): All shipments are sent via premium domestic logistics networks (including Trax, Leopards, or M&P). You only pay the exact bill amount when the courier rider delivers the parcel to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Timelines
We work hard to get your innovative lifestyle tools to you as fast as possible. Our standard delivery windows are as follows:
• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 working days.
• Other Cities & Rural Areas: 3 to 5 working days.
*Please note that order processing may take up to 24 hours. Shipments are not dispatched on Sundays or national holidays.

3. Mandatory Order Verification Call 📞
To protect our store against fake orders and reduce courier returns, we use a strict 2-step verification system. After you place an order on our website, our logistics team will call your provided mobile phone number. We strictly DO NOT pack or dispatch any parcel until we receive a successful verbal confirmation call from you. 

4. Tracking Your Order 🚚
Once your order is verified and securely handed over to the courier company, our system will automatically register your tracking information. You will receive an official tracking message from our team via WhatsApp or Email. You can easily monitor your parcel's live transit journey at any time by clicking the "Track Order" link in our website's main menu.

5. Address Modifications
Please ensure your shipping address, house/shop number, street name, city, and active mobile phone number are 100% accurate at checkout. If you need to modify your delivery details or cancel an order, you must inform us via email within 2 hours of placing the order. Once a parcel is dispatched from our hub, it cannot be redirected or canceled mid-transit.
